29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, shall be equipped with: (a) Staircase - On or about December 4, 2013 employees were exposed to a fall hazard while walking up and down a flight of stairs with no handrails installed. This stairway provides access to the second floor. Employees would fall 12.8 feet to concrete.
