29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(x): Flexible cords and cables were not protected from accidental damage, as might be caused, for example, by sharp corners, projections, and doorways or other pinch points:  a) In the cutting area, employees are exposed to electrical hazards when a flexible cord, that was powering equipment, was laying on the floor where employees walk and roll equipment that could expose the cord to damage. This violation was observed on or about December 29, 2014.
