29 CFR 1917.43(b)(9): The employer did not direct drivers of powered industrial trucks to travel with the load trailing when the load obstructed the forward view:    a) 2201 S Columbus Blvd, Pier 82, Philadelphia, PA - Door 8 - An employee was driving forward while his view was obstructed by a load of produce. The powered industrial truck struck a parked PIT and injured an employee that was standing in the area, on or about 1/12/15.
