Equipment includes, but is not limited to, conveyers, bucket elevator, etc.  Hazardous energy sources include but are not limited to electrical power.

29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer shall conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirements of this standard are being followed.    On or about January 23, 2015, where lockout was used for energy control the employer did not perform a periodic inspection at least annually to ensure the requirements of the standard were being followed.  Equipment includes, but is not limited to, conveyers, bucket elevator, etc.  Hazardous energy sources include but are not limited to electrical power.
