29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven -7 feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: On or about February 12, 2015, and times prior thereto, in the Welding Department, employees operating the Lincoln Electric Welder Turning Roller were exposed to a chain and sprocket. The employer did not ensure that all chain and sprockets were guarded to protect the employees from being exposed to caught-in hazards.
