29 CFR 1910.29(a)(2)(i) All parts and appurtenances of work platforms and scaffolds necessary for their safe and efficient utilization were not integral parts of the design: At Bay #2, Building 3095 of the above addressed worksite, on or about February 11, 2015, the spring-loaded pin locking mechanism for the platform extension of a manually propelled mobile ladder stand was not fully operable, resulting in the shifting and instability of the platform extension.
