29 CFR 1910.179(n)(3)(i): The load was not well secured and properly balanced in the sling or lifting device before it was lifted more than a few inches: a) On or about February 10, 2015 the forklift battery lifted off the charging platform was not properly secured to prevent the load from falling to prevent employee exposure from struck-by hazards.
