29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs did not provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers: (a)Premium Group Properties, dba Premium Group Builders at 3141 Walnut Street, Denver, CO 80205: On and before March 6th, 2015, the controlling employer did not provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job site by a competent person. Subcontractor employees worked on a 4-story commercial building where the ladder access/egress, and several window openings were not properly guarded on each floor. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards up to 52 feet.
