29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy: At the time of inspection, the employer failed to ensure that: a) Energy control procedures for the grinders, including, but not limited to, Line 19 Battenfield Gloucester grinder, model # 1416 BP, serial # 141602-0292, included blocking the blades and the top of the grinder, b) Energy control procedures for the grinders, including, but not limited to, Line 20, included the release and lockout of the hydraulic/pneumatic pressure after the grinder has been opened.
