29 CFR 1917.48(i)(1): Conveyors were not stopped and their power sources were not locked out and tagged out during maintenance, repair, and servicing, except where the power was necessary for testing.    After tracking the conveyor belt, an employee was exposed to a caught by/in hazards while checking the belt for moisture and the employer did not ensure that the conveyor was stopped and all power sources were locked out.
