29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided which will prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws:  a) Building #2; First Floor - The female end of a heavy duty cord set was not provided with strain relief, on or about March 16, 2015.   No abatement certification or documentation required.
