29 CFR 1926.405(b)(2): In an energized installation, each outlet box did not have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy.    a) Hotel Hallway at Entrance to General Contractor Office, Ground Floor - Phase II, 193 Resort Drive, Tannersville, PA - Employees inspected, moved and operated a portable propane heater that was provided electricity from a flexible cord (extension cord) plugged into a branch circuit outlet that did not have a cover or faceplate. Employees were exposed to a contact with electrical current hazard as observed on March 19, 2015.      b) 1st T-intersection of Hotel Hallways northeast of General Contractor Office, Ground Floor - Phase II, 193 Resort Drive, Tannersville, PA - Employees inspected, moved and operated a portable propane heater that was provided electricity from a flexible cord (extension cord) plugged into a branch circuit outlet that did not have a cover or faceplate. Employees were exposed to a contact with electrical current hazard as observed on March 19, 2015.    In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is not required for this violation. The hazardous condition was corrected during the inspection.
