29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed:    a) Main Stock Room:   Exit routes were obstructed by ladders, carts filled with stock and display containers, on or about 3/31/15.    b) Main Pillow Stock Room:  Exit routes were obstructed by a ladders and carts filled with stock; on or about 3/31/15.    c) Fine China Stock Room:  The exit route was obstructed by a ladder and cart filled with materials; on or about 3/31/15.    d) Main Floor - Fine China Department: The exit door and route were blocked by carts filled with stock; on or about 3/31/15.      Bed Bath and Beyond Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3) , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 400122, citation number__1__, item number__2__ and was affirmed as a final order on June 1, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 19801 Gulf Freeway, Suite 1000, Webster, Texas.
