29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of this section. a) 101 Babb Drive, Luther Village III, Dover, DE: On or about April 1, 2015, Horst Construction, failed to insure employees of Frame Masters used adequate fall protection while performing roofing activities, approximately 40 feet above the grade, exposing employees to falls.
