29 CFR 1926.152(d)(2): A portable fire extinguisher having a rating of not less than 20-B units was not located between 25 feet and 75 feet from flammable liquid storage area(s) located outside.  a) 6020 Gator Blvd, Little Creek Amphibious Base, Virginia Beach, VA 23455: On or about March 3, 2015, the employer provided a 20-pound and a 10-pound portable fire extinguisher co-located approximately 13 feet from an outdoor diesel storage tank used to fuel heavy equipment, exposing employees to potential burns or smoke inhalation in the event of a fire requiring the use of the fire extinguisher.  No abatement certification or documentation required.
