Listed or labeled equipment shall be installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling:    a) On or about 03/06/15, at the Caribbean Cinema Court Building, San Sebastian, PR, in the computer room, a relocatable power tap was not directly connected to a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle.  b) On or about 03/06/15, at the Caribbean Cinema Court Building, San Sebastian, PR, in the Specialist work area #3, an uninterruptible power supply was not directly connected to a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle.  c) On or about 03/06/15, at the Caribbean Cinema Court Building, San Sebastian, PR, in the Specialist work area #1, an uninterruptible power supply was not directly connected to a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle.  d) On or about 03/06/15, at the Caribbean Cinema Court Building, San Sebastian, PR, in the Specialist work area #5, an uninterruptible power supply was not directly connected to a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle.
