29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent) and toeboards:    a)  Production injection molds: On or about April 7, 2015, and at times prior, workers changing injection dies were exposed to falling more than 7 feet from unguarded platforms.    Note 1:  Toeboards are only required when persons can pass, there is moving equipment or there is equipment with which falling materials could create a hazard.    Note 2: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
