The Forest Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.305(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 312391923, notice number 2, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/14/2010, with respect to a workplace located at Bly, Oregon.
