29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9): The distance between the abrasive wheel periphery(s) and the adjustable tongue or the end of the safety guard peripheral member at the top exceeded one-fourth inch:  a) BIE Facility Management, Carpenter Shop, Fort Defiance, AZ: On or about April 16, 2015 and at times prior thereto, the Dayton bench grinder did not have an adjustable tongue guard. The distance between the abrasive wheel periphery and the top opening of the grinder was one and one-half inch.
