The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated.  On 4/2/15, at the Gwinnett Fire Academy job site, an employee was exposed to catapult and fall hazards as he operated an articulating boom lift without the use of fall protection.    No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
