29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage: a.) P2 Area: The employer exposed employees to unsafe operation and maintenance of equipment as a 480 volt electrical panel that controlled the winder machine was blocked by a box containing recyclable pellets.The box was staged approximately 17 inches in front of the panel. b.) Line 24-25 Staging Area: The employer exposed employees to unsafe operation and maintenance of equipment as a 480 volt electrical panel that controlled the roll up door and chopper was blocked by shipping materials.The shipping materials were staged approximately 7 inches in front of the panel. c.) Upstairs Winding Room: The employer exposed employees to unsafe operation and maintenance of equipment as a 480 volt electrical panel that controlled the winder machine was blocked by multiple boxes.The boxes were staged approximately 1-2 inches in front of the panel.

P1 Shipping Area/Production Area: The employees were exposed to chemical hazards when the employer permitted the employee to insert and extract a hose into a 500 gallon Oxtic container that was not labeled with the appropriate hazard warnings. b.) P1 Palletizer Area: The employees were exposed to chemical hazards when the employer permitted the employees to insert or extract a hose from a 500 gallon Ultramoll IV container that was not labeled with the appropriate hazard warnings.
