Chewy and Teo Roofing LLC project site at 7942 Hwy 42, Egg Harbor, WI and others: On and before 4/28/15, the employer did not have programs to address common hazards in construction work to include PPE, hazard communication, scaffolding, fall protection, and ladders, which would allow employees to understand and avoid hazardous conditions.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    Chewy and Teo Roofing LLC project site at 7942 Hwy 42, Egg Harbor, WI: On and before 4/28/15, employees reroofing a two story steep pitch roof section and working from roof jacks were not protected from falls 6 feet and greater off the roof edge to the lower ground level, in that no conventional or personal fall protection was provided and used.
