29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Strain relief. Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided which will prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws. (a) Yigo, Next To Pacific Super Market, Water Tank Construction Site Parking Lot Area: On about April 21, 2015, the outside insulation on an extension cord was not connected to the plug that was used to power a Black and Decker Circular saw outdoors exposed to rain, exposing employees to the hazard of contacting electricity.
