29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    a) Williamsport Sewer Authority: Workers on the upper level of a structure that was approximately 14 feet above the ground were not protected from falling, on or about May 8, 2015.    ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED    Lobar, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 978532, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 28, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at Cornwall, PA.    Lobar, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 113740211, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 13, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at Womelsdorf, PA.

ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED    Lobar, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.701(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314163841, citation number 1, item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on 11/3/11, with respect to a workplace located at the Lewisburg Waste Water Treatment Plant, Lewisburg, PA.
