29 CFR 1910.135(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee wear a protective helmet when working in areas where there is a potential for injury to the head from falling objects:   a) 929 Mount Zion Road, Lebanon, PA; An employee was using a mobile crane to transition trusses from a trailer to the construction area without the use of a hardhat, on or about 05/08/2015.     Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
