29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures: (a) On or about May 6, 2015, and at times prior, the employer did not ensure that workers in a mechanical space were protected from slip trip and fall hazards where aisles and work surfaces were not clear of debris, tools, and equipment.
