Aisles and passageways shall be kept clear and in good repairs, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard.  Mattress assembly & South dock area - On or about May 5, 2015, employees use mechanical handling equipment including, but not limited to pallet jacks and hand trucks on a daily basis. Sections of the aisles and passageways contain broken and/or eroded concrete. Employees were thereby exposed to the hazards associated with aisles and passageways not kept in good repair.
