29 CFR 1910.242(b):  Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to 30 p.s.i.:  In the hydraulic tube assembly area the employer is failing to ensure that air used to blow debris out of the unassembled tubes was reduced to 30 P.S.I.  The house air pressure gauge at the receiver tank indicated the air pressure was being fed to the hydraulic area at 110 P.S.I. and was not regulated down at any point between the source and the air chuck being used to blow out the tubes.
