29 CFR 1910.177(f)(2): The employer did not ensure that tires are completely deflated by removing the valve core before a multi-piece rim wheel is removed from the axle when the tire has been driven underinflated at 80% or less of its recommended pressure:      (a)  In the chassis repair shop, tires with multi piece rims were not completely deflated by completely removing the valve core before a multi-piece rim wheel is removed from the axel.    On or about May 27, 2015, an employee was injured servicing a multi piece rim wheel on the outside of a duel wheeled axel that was not completely deflated, when the inside split rim wheel retaining piece blew out from the inside rim forcing the outside rim to strike the employee.      Abatement verification is not required for this Item.,
