29 CFR 1910.269(c)(1)(ii): The employer did not ensure that the employee in charge conducted a job briefing that met paragraphs (c)(2), (c)(3), and (c)(4) of this section with the employees involved before they started each job:  This violation occurred on or about May 27, 2015, at a workplace located at 319 Harbor Drive, Rockwall, TX; where an employee, who was working on the energized switchgear of 14,000 volts, was not protected from electrocution, electrical shock and burns. The employer did not ensure that the employee in charge conducted a job briefing that met paragraphs (c)(2), (c)(3), and (c)(4) of this section with the employee involved before he started each job.
