29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut:        1.) On or about June 9, 2015, the employer did not ensure that all circular handfed ripsaws in the facility were properly guarded.  An employee operating the Porter Cable table saw (Model #: PCB270TS, Serial #: 008305) in the shipping area without the guard suffered lacerations and fractures to their left index and middle finger when it slipped into the saw blade.
