29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:  a)    On or about June 9, 2015, and at times prior to, employees working at Three Rivers Boat & Barge located at 133  Rose Drive in Ledbetter, KY were exposed to hazardous materials (including but limited to: welding rods) covered by the Hazard Communication Standard and the employer did not develop and maintain a written hazard communication program at the worksite.  Without proper information on the use and handling of hazardous materials, employees could mis-handle hazardous materials and expose themselves to allergic reactions, skin, and respiratory irritations.
