29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms shall be kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition.   (a) Upstairs and Downstairs Production Areas - On or about June 24, 2015 employees were exposed to a tripping hazard due to an accumulation of cardboard packing material and trash.    (b) Upstairs and Downstairs Production Areas - On or about June 24, 2015 employees were exposed to a fall and/or tripping hazard due to extension cords running across the floor.   (c) Downstairs Production Area - On or about June 24, 2015 restroom was not maintained in a clean and sanitary condition.
