OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):  The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employee were exposed to fall hazards:    a)  At Hwy 90 and Jubilee Square;  On or about June 19, 2015 and at times prior thereto, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of up to 9' in that the employer did not prohibit the loader bucket of a Bobcat T300 skid steer from being used as an elevating device for personnel while the personnel were labeling electrical structures.
