On or about July 01, 2015 and times prior thereto, at the worksite located at or near 210 West Service Road in West Memphis, Arkansas, employees were periodically exposed to blood when cleaning hotel rooms. Employees were required to remove bed sheets contaminated with blood and clean blood from the floors in the bathrooms.
