29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a) On or about 7/3/15 at a residential roof project located at 20 Parkwood Drive, Snyder, New York; employees were installing underlayment and shingles on a roof with a 5 in 12 pitch with an eave height of approximately 10 feet. There were no fall protection systems in place and an employee fell approximately 15 feet off the gable end.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
