29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed:  a. 234 South Holland Drive, Pendergrass, GA (Jobsite) - Employees were exposed to hazard of sudden energization of moving parts of equipment.  Employees (maintenance) perform servicing and maintenance on various machinery and equipment such as the laser robotic welder machines and line presses.  An internal audit was not performed to ensure de-energization procedures were being properly implemented, on or about 07/15/15.
