29 CFR 1910.178(o)(1): The employer did not ensure that only stable or safely arranged loads were handled: 25 Brock Street, Stoughton, Ma., Shipping Receiving Area: 1) The four drums on a pallet being moved by an electric jack to the mixing room were not strapped together to prevent a drum from falling off the pallet. 2) A drum with product fell while being uprighted using a Crown walk behind forklift. A worker was injured.
