29 CFR 1910.272(j)(1): The employer did not develop and implement a written housekeeping program that established the frequency and the method(s) determined best to reduce accumulations of fugitive grain dust on ledges, floors, equipment, and other exposed surfaces:    a) On or about 07/15/15 - Pellet mill area, the employer's housekeeping program did not take into account the frequency and method(s) to reduce accumulation of fugitive grain dust that occurred during renovation and construction of new feeder bins exposing employees to fire and explosion hazards created by welding activities of contract workers.    The Alabama Farmers Cooperative, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.272(j)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 31569436, citation number 02 item number 001  and was affirmed as a final order on 4/26/212 with respect to a workplace located at 800 Market Street NE, Decatur, AL.
