General-duty citation text

Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:   The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from the recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to being struck by a falling section of a tree.  On or about August 13, 2015, on church grounds where an employee handling a tagline was exposed to a struck-by hazard when standing within the strike zone as an elevated tree section was being cut.
