29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system.  Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system:      a. Plainfield High School - 950 Park Avenue, Plainfield, NJ    Employees engaged in roofing activities of a flat roof, with unprotected sides were observed working at the edge without the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or a warning line and safety monitoring system.  Employee were observed installing Paradiene 30 FR TG high performance, torch grade modified bitumen finish ply homogeneous multi-layer modified bitumen roof membrane at the edge of the building roof.      Violation observed on or about August 22, 2015    Pravco Incorporated was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety & Health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1012234, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 20, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at Freehold Borough High School, 2 Robertsville Rd., Freehold, NJ.
