29 CFR 1910.1030(d)(3)(i): When there was occupational exposure, the employer did not provide, at no cost to the employee, appropriate personal protective equipment such as, but not limited to, gloves, gowns, laboratory coats, face shields, masks, eye protection, and mouthpieces, resuscitation bags, pocket masks, or other ventilation devices:      a) On or about August 31, 2015 and times prior adequate protective equipment was not provided to an employee that was cleaning up body fluids such as blood from the floor in the office area.        Abatement Note:  Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
