29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) High Quality Builders, Inc. - On or about July 27, 2015, employees engaged in residential framing and roof sheathing activities, more than 20 feet above grade, were not utilizing any means of fall protection.  High Quality Builders, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1016561, citation number 01, item number 01, and was affirmed as a final order on 03/30/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 7 Herbert Avepeahala Park, Long Beach Township, NJ 08008.  High Quality Builders, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1057314, citation number 02, item number 01, and was affirmed as a final order on 07/06/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 6 Montgomery Bay Road, Lot 6, Tinton Falls NJ 07724
