On or about September 17, 2015, an employee had not had a medical evaluation prior to initial use of respirators for activities such as, but not limited to, spraying lacquer and sealants on wooden doors and cabinets.  The employee wears a 3M half-face respirator with OV cartridges for potential exposure to respiratory hazards including: Diethylene glycol monoethyl ether, 2-butoxyethanol, and titanium dioxide.
