29 CFR 1910.179(b)(5): The rated load of crane(s) was not plainly marked on each side of the crane: a) At Ninth Floor Unit Two, Charles Lowman Power Plant: On or about September 16, 2015 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to operate an air tugger which had a pulley attached to a monorail system and the monorail system did not have its rated load marked on it exposing employees to struck-by hazards.

29 CFR 1910.179(j)(3): Complete inspections of the crane was not being performed at intervals as generally defined in paragraph (j)(1)(ii)(b) of this section: a) At Power South Energy Cooperative Leroy, Alabama: On or about September 16, 2015 and at times prior; the company failed to conduct a periodic inspection of the air tugger to include but not limited to monthly inspections with certification of the hook and the running rope with signatures of the person who inspected the equipoment.
