OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck-by and crushed-by hazards: On or about 10/1/2015 in the production area at 7055 Amwiler Industrial Drive Ste D in Atlanta, GA: Employees were exposed to struck-by and crushing hazards due to the pallet and lumber storage rack system supports and shelves being visibly damaged and not permanently affixed to the floor. Among one feasible means of abatement would be to follow ANSI standard MH 16.1 2008, Specification for the Design, Testing and Utilization of industrial Steel Storage Racks, paragraph 1.4.7 which states: "The bottom of all columns shall be furnished with column base plates, as specified in Section 7.2. All rack columns shall be anchored to the floor with anchor bolts capable of resisting the forces caused by the horizontal and vertical loads on the rack".

29 CFR 1910.219(e)(1)(i): Horizontal belts which had both runs seven feet or less from the floor level were not guarded with a guard that extended to at least fifteen inches above the belt: On or about 10/1/2015 in the production area at 7055 Amwiler Industrial Drive Ste D in Atlanta, GA: Employees were exposed an amputation hazard from the unguarded rotated belts on the air compressor used to supply air to the paint booth and some air tools. During the walk-around inspection with Ray Shi, the Owner and Sergio Cambron, the Production Manager/Supervisor the black tall air compressor used to supply air to the paint booth was not guarded. During the walk-around inspection the employer showed the compliance officer the new Ingersoll Rand air compressor the had not been installed at the time of the inspection. Mr. Cambron indicated that the guard on the air compressor has been missing about two to three months because the old small air compressor was replaced due to lack of performance.
