29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems   (a)  On or about 10/06/15, at the Emerling Insurance Building under construction, located on 9092 Main Street, in Clarence , New York, employees, installing sheathing, were not provided with fall protection.   Employees were working 23 feet above ground level on a roof with a pitch/slope greater than 4 in 12.     NO  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
