29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent) and toeboards:  a)  At Lowes #441 Montgomery, Alabama:  On or about October 7, 2015 and at times prior; the employer failed to ensure employees working from the top of storage racks were using fall protection exposing the employee to a fall hazard of 8.7 feet to the floor below.  b)  At Lowes #441 Montgomery, Alabama:  On or about October 7, 2015 and at times prior; the employer failed to ensure employees working from the rafter of the roof were using fall protection exposing the employee to a fall hazard of 19.2 feet to the floor below.
