29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s):    (a) On or about October 14, 2015, Challenger Homes, Inc., as the controlling employer, did not conduct frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite so as to ensure employees of By George Construction, LLC, a subcontractor, who were required to engage in roofing operations, were appropriately protected from exposure to fall hazards.      Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
