29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs,  debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures:  (a)     On or about 10/22/15, during renovations, at the James P.B. Duffy School, located on 999 South Avenue, in Rochester, New York, the passageway at the bottom of the stairway at the Northwest corner exiting the cafeteria was not kept clear of debris and building materials.  NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

29 CFR 1926.34(c): Means of egress was not continually maintained free of all obstructions or impediments to full instant use in the case of fire or other emergency.   (a)     On or about 11/03/15, during renovations, at the James P.B. Duffy School, located on 999 South Avenue, in Rochester, New York, the exit route at stairwell #3 was obstructed by a parked Skytrak JLG and scaffold planks.    NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
